Winter in this city

Sometimes Lake Michigan is so magical that I expect Loch Ness to pop out of its waters. This stretch of the lake runs alongside Hyde Park, right before the downtown skyline is visible. The sky was just right. If I zoomed in enough and cut out the residual patches of snow in the crevices of the rocks, it could be the ocean seen from the beach of a tropical island. Include the flaky stuff, and it can be imagined to be the melting icecap of the Arctic. I can almost forget about the biting windchill...
